We will pay a 2% commission at closing provided the following guidelines are followed.

1)     Buyer’s agent/broker must Initiate the first meeting with Mike McFarland by physically bringing their customer/client to our office or the property for formal introductions.

2)      Buyer’s agent/broker must be available to assist SJ Gabaldon Construction & Realty in communicating with your customer/client should the need arise.

3)      Buyer’s agent should be present at Closing.
